I’m an experienced product and program management leader with an extensive background in software, strategy, and biotechnology. I've implemented New Product Introduction processes in multiple organizations, and have accumulated a wealth of experiences managing complex, multi-tiered technology platforms.
The tech world is replete with great ideas that died on the vine, because the hard questions were never answered, assumptions were never questioned, because its all too easy to see what we want to see. That’s where solid product and program management comes in.
